Is Australia’s Biggest Reality Villain The Next Bachelorette

While there has been talk that I’m A Celebrity’s Tegan Martin could be the next Bachelorette, now it’s one of her co-stars making headlines for the same reason.

Keira Maguire’s name has been suggested as a possibility to take on the role for 2017 – although not everyone is so sure.

After finding fame on The Bachelor where she proved to be the 2016 series’ most controversial contestant vying for Richie Strahan’s heart, Keira once again proved a headline maker on this year’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here.

Clashing with her fellow campmates and bringing plenty of drama to the tucker trials, Keira certainly divided viewers with her candid and vocal opinions.

Now, she’s adding fuel to the fire after writing on Instagram she’s “Totes going to be Bachelorette 2017”.

While we’re certain (nearly) that she’s joking about the scenario, it certainly would give Married At First Sight a run for its money with Keira handing out the roses.

However, even Keira’s not so sure that people would be able to handle the drama.

In a recent interview she admitted that she was a “producers dream” but maybe not so much in the role of Bachelorette.

“I probably would do it if they ask me but I don’t think that they will because I am too much of a risk,” she told News Corp.

“Every Bachelorette in the past has been so inline and I don’t think that is me.”

Neither do we Keira. Although we think that she may just be what’s needed to ensure The Bachelorette gets the high ratings enjoyed by The Bachelor.

As much as we loved the nice girls of the past, they really didn’t bring in the numbers.

Because let’s face it, we watch to see the drama… not the blokes being best mates.

Would you watch The Bachelorette if Keira was handing out the roses?
