You'd be forgiven for thinking that Kate Bosworth is one of those naturally slim chicks and due to her amazing metabolism she can eat whatever she wants.

At least if you follow her on Instagram you'd think that because her feed features pics of tasty treats and indulgent foods over healthier options.

But you'd be wrong, Kate actually takes a lot of care when it comes to what she eats and follows a strict 80/20 diet.

80 per cent of the time Kate eats a wheat, sugar and dairy free diet (but allows ketchup, milk, and goat cheese)

She's a BIG avocado fan - eating up to three a day, in salads that also contain chickpea, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled beets and vinaigrette.

So what about when the star wants to indulge?

Well that's when she cracks out the whiskey and burgers!
