MAFS’ Jules Claims Jess & Dan’s Relationship Isn’t Real
It’s kind of obvious that some people have been taking the rules of the Married At First Sight experiment more seriously than others.
The whole point of the show is YES to find love, but it’s also about restricting yourself to the requirements of a real marriage, meaning cheating and affairs should definitely be off the cards.
Of course this hasn’t been the case at all this season after two secret affairs were exposed, with the most recent scandal being between Jessika Power and Daniel Webb, who are now a couple in the experiment.
And so it’s not surprising that the couples who have been taking their marriages seriously are feeling a bit betrayed by this type of behaviour.
Jules Robinson, who is one half of the beautiful relationship that is Jules and Cam, has come out swinging at the latest couple Jessika and Dan after watching the most recent episodes back, and has taken aim at Jess’ overly flirtatious behaviour and constant lies.
“We did not know the level of deceit that was going on,” Jules said to E! News.
“They were having a full-on affair. Even on the couch they still lied and said, oh, we’ve met up once. Which now we know is not the truth.”
Jules also questioned whether Jess was truly on MAFS to find love after she was caught out flirting with Nic before moving onto intruder Dan.

“Some people would have done anything to stay to the end of the show. Anything,” Jules continued.
“I’m sorry Jess, but if it wasn’t Nic it was going to be someone else. He denied you, so you moved on. That’s the bottom line. Maybe [Jess and Dan] do like each other, who are we to know. But with her past record, does anybody know what’s real with Jess and what’s not?”
While Jess and Dan appear to have remained a couple since filming for this season finished, Jules isn’t so convinced, saying that she thinks their relationship is completely fake.
“One hundred percent not. I don’t think it’s real at all,” Jules said when asked if she thought Jess and Dan’s relationship was real.
“Do I think it’s going to last? No I don’t. Are they together? I have no idea. I’m not friends with them.”
Despite Jules’ opinion, Jess and Dan appeared to be head over heels for one another when they joined Kyle and Jackie O in studio after their affair was exposed the other MAFS couples.
They did admit though that it’s not just the other contestants that have had a tough time accepting their relationship, saying that they’ve received hateful comments and even death threats from some trolls.
Married At First Sight is coming to a close with the final date for this season set to be April 8.
