RHOS "Language & Behaviour Too Far", Rejected By U.S Network

Television series the Real Housewives of Sydney has taken a hit, being rejected by Bravo Networks to air in the U.S, even though Real Housewives of Melbourne has previously hit American screens.

According to the network bosses, the Sydney version of the franchise is apparently "too extreme".

According to Pedestrian, Foxtel's executive director of TV, Brian Walsh had this to say: "A lot of the women in this show were nasty for nasty’s sake and have no redeeming features.

"I've raised my concerns with the production team [Matchbox Pictures] from this season. I felt the bad language and behaviour throughout the series did go too far."

If a second season of the Sydney franchise goes ahead, he's hinted there may need to be an overhaul of the cast, obviously a massive insult to the current lineup.
