The Hills Star Files For Divorce Two Days
Audrina Patridge has filed for divorce from her husband just days after a court granted her a temporary restraining order against him.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the former Hills star has levelled accusations of abuse against Corey Bohan, which she claims began in mid-August.
Patridge says she was holding the couple's daughter 15-month-old Kirra Max when Bohan shoved her after she accused him of cheating; the reality star is alleging that he then began punching himself in the head and threatened to hit himself with a metal canister.
A couple of weeks later, Patridge says, she returned home where Bohan was looking after Kirra and he began "calling her names and harassing her", following her around the house and telling her she was "f*cked up".
Court documents claim that Patridge then started filming Bohan as he said: "Grow some balls and pull the trigger and file for divorce."
TMZ are reporting that Patridge then filed a police report, with child protective services coming to the house on September 15; her breaking point came over the weekend, though, when Bohan followed her onstage at a beauty event and said he was going to get their daughter.
Patridge filed for a restraining order on September 18 and divorce two days later.
A rep for the reality star said: "Audrina's number one priority is her daughter."
