Say It Ain't So! Now ANOTHER Main Suits Actor Is Leaving
If you were upset to hear that Meghan Markle was hanging up her pencil skirts at the end of the seventh season of Suits then you're in for another round of devastation - Patrick J. Adams is heading off too.
The Canadian actor, who plays Mike Ross in the long-running legal series, is tipped to loosen his tie for the very last time and finish up at the same time as Markle.
"He was always leaving the show. He made his mind up a while ago," a source told US Weekly. "Patrick wants to pursue other things and he's realised his time at Suits has come to an end.
"They were waiting for Gabriel Macht to sign. He's going back so there will be a season eight and as of now, nine."
There is a tiny gleam of good news for fans, though; US Weekly are also reporting that Mike and Rachel will get married "at some point" during the season, making it "an easy break for Meghan to leave as well".
Rumours that Markle wouldn't be returning for an eighth season have been swirling for months, with many speculating that the 36-year-old has plans to move to London to continue her relationship with Prince Harry.
But Adams exit will come as a shock to viewers of the series, which premiered in 2011.
It truly is the end of an era!
