Seven Year Switch's Cassie Shows Off Powerful Post-Baby Shot
She may have given birth just three months ago but Seven Year Switch’s Cassie has shown her incredible weight loss transformation.
The 34-year-old shared a comparison image of her before and after her work and both are of herself wearing nothing but underwear.
Alongside the photo she explained, ‘'Left is a pic from today 23 October and the right was taken on 23 July.’
'Blown away by the changes my body has gone through over the last few months. 'I made diet changes only two weeks ago and had only been training three days a week since eight weeks post-partum so the differences in these pics are motivating the s**t out of me!'
The TV star went onto explain that she decided to share her transformation as she wanted ‘’women everywhere to see a transparent post pregnancy transformation.
'There are so many super mums in the media and on social media with freakish genes who "bounce" back (and no doubt work bloody hard for it) from pregnancy like it was nothing, and I'm so envious of them. However, that's not me and let's be real it's probably not 90% of us.
'It takes me time and a lot of hard work these days to move this junk in my trunk! My best advice thus far is be consistent.'
She added: 'If you lose your way today, then make sure you wake up tomorrow with your goals in sight and give it another bloody good go.
'I'm so happy I started. My confidence and self-respect are returning, and everyone can see it. Come on Mumma's if I can do it.'
In her comment section on the post, Cassie advised her followers to focus on training with a buddy for 30 minutes, three days a week and focus on their diet at a later date.
'Do something that you enjoy, it makes it easier to exercise, and you will want to do it again tomorrow,' she said, adding: 'Take photos of yourself, I use mine to motivate myself...I don't like how I look so it MAKES me train even when I don't feel like it.
'Lastly, start with exercise first then do your diet later...don't put too much pressure on yourself and you will be more likely to keep at it!'
