Survivor Australia Contestant Reveals Abuse By Show Fans
It’s the show that has Australia hooked, and it’s all about doing everything you can to outplay everyone else.
However, fans of Survivor seem to have been taking the show seriously following the ‘mean girls’ alliance.
Brooke Jowett, the leader of the group, told the Daily Telegraph that she has been getting death threats, saying ‘’The comments I'm getting are disgusting.’
The trio is controlling Lee Carseldine, Sam Webb and Matt Tarrant, with the men seemingly doing whatever the women want without asking questions.
Their gameplay has led viewers to call them ‘mean girls’ after they blocked fan favourites Craig l’Ansan and Sue Clarke from voting, meaning they were sent home.
Sue has opened up about the alliance in a post-elimination interview NewsCorp saying ‘’They were a tight group, impenetrable actually.’
She added ‘’It was extremely frustrating ... The hardest thing for me to do the whole game was to keep my mouth shut.'
'El, Brooke and Flick, yeah they had a stranglehold, but only because the men were cruising along with them and letting them call the shots.'
