Sylvester Stallone Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Teenager
A police report has been uncovered alleging that Sylvester Stallone forced a teenage girl to have sex with him and his bodyguard in the 80s.
The 16-year-old is believed to have told police that the actor and his bodyguard Michael "Mike" De Luca "intimidated" her into having sex with them at a Las Vegas Hotel in 1986.
The police report was originally obtained by the Daily Mail and they claim that the teenage girl met Stallone, who was 40 at the time, when she was on a family holiday at the Hilton Hotel.
Stallone was in Las Vegas filming Over The Top and the pair first made contact when the 16-year-old asked for his autograph, according to the police documents.
De Luca then allegedly approached the girl, offering her two room keys to Stallone's room where she later met up with the pair.
The girl says that she began having sex with Stallone but began to feel uncomfortable when the bodyguard asked to join them.
According to the police report, both De Luca and Stallone penetrated the young girl and forced her to give them oral sex.
It is then alleged that Stallone threatened to "beat her head in" if the teenager told anyone, as both men were married.
John Samolovitch, a retired Las Vegas metro police department detective has since told the Daily Mail that "the copy of the police report is in fact a true copy of the original report."
It is believed that the girl never pressed charges against either of the men because she was "humiliated and ashamed".
"I'm humiliated and ashamed, but I don't want to prosecute," she said in the police report.
"I'm kind of scared and I'm very ashamed. I don't want anybody else to have that happen to them, but I don't want to prosecute. I cannot talk about this anymore, please leave me alone."
Sylvester Stallone has since dismissed the allegations saying that "it never happened".
His spokeswoman, Michelle Bega, also denied the allegations saying, "This is a ridiculous, categorically false story."
More as we get it.
