AMAZING Time-Lapse Video Shows Womans TWO-YEAR Weight Loss
Losing weight can be one of the most difficult things to do.
New Zealander Simone Anderson, 24, has just done that and has decided to share her two-year journey online.
It starts with the video showing Simone on August 29, 2014, where she weighed 169kg to the result of 77kg.
Anderson has been very open about her journey, including any surgery she underwent.
On her Facebook page, she talks about several surgeries which she had, which were to remove the loose skin on her stomach.
She says ‘’I have always struggled with my weight and have often resorted to easy fix diets where I would lose a lot of weight, but as quickly as I lost it I would gain it back and more…making this a public journey will aid so much in motivating me and keeping me accountable for my actions.
Week 96 Update From 169kg (372 pounds) to 77kg (169 pounds) - a total loss of 92kg (202 pounds) - I'm 181cm tall (5"11). For the who are seeing my journey for the first time this is over the course of just over one year and eight months, I began my journey on August 29th 2014 then had Gastric Sleeve Surgery on October 29th 2014 - I have completely changed my lifestyle, diet and exercise. I am forty one weeks post opp abdominoplasty, bra line backlift, breast lift & augmentation by @drrepta_plasticsurgery (so basically most of my lose skin has been removed apart from that on my upper thighs and bottom). For those that will ask workout gear is from @ipanemagirlnz and shoes are @nikewomen
I don’t have a specific diet plan or one way of eating… I eat all types of food and try and mix it up so I don’t get bored. I don’t eat junk food, and I try and stay away from too much-processed sugar. The rest is just common sense everything in moderation etc.’’
Regarding exercise, she says there are two hours a day which includes ‘’three sports; netball, basketball and water polo. I do classes at the gym... have one personal training session each week as well a boot camp once a week.’’
