The Simpsons Predicted Disney's Buy-Up Of 21st Century Fox

As news of Disney’s multi-billion-dollar acquisition of 21st Century Fox and other assets from Rupert Murdoch filtered through the webz, Simpsons fans were having that sense of deja vu... again.

The “When You Dish Upon A Star” episode, which first aired on November 8, 1998, featured a sign that reads: “20th Century Fox, A Division of Walt Disney Co”.

It’s not the first time The Simpsons have proven they’re some kind of oracle.
