Doctors Give Michael Buble's Son Good Odds In Cancer Fight
Michael Buble’s son has a ’90 percent chance’ of beating his liver cancer; doctors have reportedly said.
The singer and his wife Luisana have previously revealed their three-year-old son Noah and been diagnosed with cancer in a lengthy and emotional statement online.
It’s been widely reported that he has now started chemotherapy, which is due to last for four months,
According to Argentinian magazine Gente, doctors have told Noah’s concerned parents that his chances of beating it are “90 per cent”.
Noah was reportedly diagnosed on November 1 after medics carried out a liver biopsy, following an examination at a clinic in Buenos Aires.
Luisana’s elder sister Daniela told the mag: “Cancer is a horrible illness, but we have faith in Noah being able to overcome this".
They said in a statement at the time ‘We are devastated by the recent cancer diagnosis of our oldest son Noah who is currently undergoing treatment in the US.
“We have always been very vocal about the importance of family and the love we have for our children.
“Luisana and I have put our careers on hold to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well.
“At this difficult time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy.
“We have a long journey in front of us and hope that with the support of family, friends and fans around the world, we will win this battle, God willing.”
Daniela added: “The love people are showing is helping us to see things with optimism and we have a lot of faith.”
Michael has cancelled all appearances while Noah undergoes treatment.
