Missouri First Graders Give Us Remarkable Lesson In Friendship

What a truly touching story... This gave us all the feels.

Missouri first graders Vince and Zac were two inseparable young, carefree kids with no cares in the world.

But when Zac was diagnosed with Leukemia, everything changed.

While Zac took the doctors appointments and treatment in his stride it was the added support from his young friend that spoke volumes.

Wanting to help in any way he could Vince learnt what he could about his best friend's condition and in one of his most touching gestures, shaved his head in solidarity of Zac, who began losing his own hair.

Watch the below video for the full story.

The first graders may still have a lot more to learn about life, but the duo can certainly teach us all a lesson or two about friendship.

When Vince was asked to define friendship his response was "A beautiful thing". No truer words have ever been spoken.
