Insta Star Tammy Hembrow Accused Of Faking Post-Baby Body

Many of you won’t even know who Tammy Hebrew is - but for her 4.1 million Instagram fans and counting, she’s a bit of a hero.

The homegrown Aussie fitness star is best known for her incredible body and #familygoals, as she regularly shows off pics of her hunky hubby and her two beautiful babies.

The 22-year-old seems to have it all.

However, just two months after giving birth to her daughter Saskia, Tammy is copping a lot of flack. She posted a before-and-after pic showing off her post-baby body and the difference is actually INSANE.

A dedicated gym junkie and all round healthy person, a transformation like this would indeed seem alien-esque to someone like you or I, but maybe for her, it’s completely normal?

However, many are calling her out saying that the pics are photoshopped, and slamming her for promoting unrealistic body goals.

The speed of her transformation may not be that shocking if you’re a regular follower of her on instagram, however.

The mum of Wolf, 2 and Saskia, 2 months, has kept her followers in the loop with her meal plan and exercise regimes throughout both pregnancies.

Ok guys. So the before photos were taken when I first got home from hospital a few days after the birth and the after photos were taken just over a week ago at 3 weeks postpartum - I'm not allowed to workout yet but I've been eating clean and I trained throughout my entire pregnancy except for the last couple of weeks as I had some complications. I've lost A LOT of muscle but I'm pretty happy with my postpartum body so far ! So many women think you can't get your body back after pregnancy but this just isn't true. Thousands have come to Tammy’s defence over the slamming she’s received on social media.

The thing to take from this is, every woman is different, and the best thing you can do is respect the work your body has done giving birth and go about losing any extra baby weight at your own pace, in a healthy way that suits you.
