Results from a recent study has found that 34.2% of the women and 15% of the men reported lacking interest in sex.
According to Forbes, the survey found that lack of interest in sex was higher among women who had been in a relationship for more than a year.
In fact, women who had been in a relationship between 1 and 5 years were 45% more likely to have lost interest in sex than those who had been in a relationship for less than a year.
Those in a relationship between 5 and 15 years were 137% more likely and those in a relationship for over 15 years were 131% more likely.
According to the article on Forbes online, there are many factors that could lead to the lack of intimacy with your partner. Being too busy could be a major factor. if you’re not finding enough time to have sex, prioritize and schedule it in!
Other reasons could be because one of you are really bad at sex or have a medical problem or simply the the novelty had worn off. If you’re finding the novelty has worn off, you might want to try different ways of spicing up sexy time. If your partner does not want to try new things, maybe it is a sign that you are with the wrong person.
