And when it comes to children, while some women are leaving it later and later, and some not at all, it might surprise you who in Hollywood started having babies in their teenage years.
Modern Family’s Sofia Vergara (above) was married at the age of 18 to her high-school sweetheart, Joe Gonzalez and they had their son Manolo in September 1992. While she and Gonzalez split the following year, she married True Blood and Magic Mike star Joe Manganiello in 2015.
Supermodel Niki Taylor gave birth to twin sons, Jake and Hunter, when she was just 19 after eloping with former American footballer, Matt Martinez, shortly after graduating high school in 1994.
“We were just two totally different people and after two totally different things. I was pregnant at 18, had [Jake and Hunter] at 19 and divorced by 21 … it was a lot on my plate for my young 20s!” she told Mom magazine.
Anna Nicole Smith married Billy Wayne Smith when she was just 17. Nine months later, she gave birth to her son Daniel. After two years of marriage, she and Billy called it a day in 1987. She later became known for her marriage to 89-year-old oil tycoon.
Daniel died unexpectedly aged 20, three days after Anna Nicole gave birth to her daughter on September 7, 2006. She never truly recovered from the loss and was found dead on February 8, 2007, at the age of 39. Her daughter is now being raised by her father, Larry Birkhead.
In 1970, when she was 17 years old, Roseanne Barr gave birth to a baby girl that she gave up for adoption. They were later reunited. She has three children with ex-husband, Bill Pentland, and another son with later ex- Ben Thomas.

You might remember Australian-born New Zealand actress Keisha Castle-Hughes making her stunning debut in the film Whale Rider at 12 years old. She then went on to become the youngest Best Actress Oscar nominee in Hollywood history. At 17, Keisha gave birth to her little girl Felicity-Amore in 2007.
Speaking of 2007, Britney’s younger sister Jamie Lynn-Spears made headlines when she announced her pregnancy at just 16. She was engaged to marry Casey Aldridge, the father of their daughter Maddie Briann, but they called it quits in 2010.
Beyonce’s little sister Solange was 17 when she gave birth to her son Daniel Julez Judo Smith, Jr in 2004. At 21, Solange had partly expressed regret that she had a child at an early age, but calls her son “the greatest unplanned blessing”. Her song ‘6 O’Clock Blues’ was written for him.
