The Ten Suburbs EVERYONE Wants To Live In

Good news for the people who live in these ten suburbs, because apparently, you’re already living the dream in Brisbane!

Domain has released a list of the top ten fastest selling suburbs and it reveals there’s one hotspot buyers favour on Brisbane’s north side.

Chermside, Nudgee, Banyo and Virginia took out four of the top spots with houses selling in less than three weeks after being put on the market.

On average, most homes took around 63 days to sell in Brisbane according to the real estate site.

Coming in closely after Chermside and Nudgee at 15 days each, was MacKenzie, where houses sold on average just 16 days after going to market.

Wishart, Hillcrest, Holland Park, Keperra and MacGregor rounded out the list which averaged sale times for the six months following March this year.

For those locals who’ve already bought in the area, it should be pretty sweet news indeed!
