Body Found In Freight Train Coal Wagon At Port Of Brisbane
A man's body has been found in a coal wagon at the Port of Brisbane.
Workers reportedly found the body about midday on Wednesday and police have set up a crime scene.
The dead man was found in a wagon that formed part of a larger train carrying coal from the Cameby Downs mine near Chinchilla, which is about 300km northwest of Brisbane.
The open cut mine is managed by Yancoal Australia and located along the Warrego Highway in the Surat Basin.
Detective Inspector Owen Elloy will address media on Wednesday afternoon.
