Body Of A Young Woman Found On Queensland Beach
An off-duty lifeguard made grim discovery this morning, on the Sunshine Coast.
Queensland Police are now investigating, after being called to Dicky Beach, near Neil Street after 5am this morning.
The off-duty lifeguard discovered the body of a young woman as the sun was rising over the beach.
Emergency services and lifeguards are trying to piece together exactly how this woman, believed to be in her 20s, was found dead.

A Queensland Police spokeswoman has spoken on the incident.
"Police are trying to identify her at the moment. It’s believed she’s gone for a swim at some point and things have gone wrong unfortunately."
Police have released a description of the woman whose body washed up on Dicky Beach this morning. She is Caucasian, with a fair complexion, proportionate build and medium length dark brown hair and was wearing a two-piece black swimsuit. @sunriseon7— Bianca Stone (@Bianca_Stone) February 13, 2019
The death of the young woman, has happened less than two months after Dicky Beach lifeguards found a South Korean tourist had passed away on the beach.
