It’s Not Just Going To Be Hot In Brisbane Today…
It’s going to be hot and sticky today in Brisbane with the humidity expected to soar along with temperatures.
Humidity levels are predicted to hit 88 percent as the mercury hits a steamy 33°C in the south-east.
Temperatures will get even higher for those out at Ipswich where it will get as high as 37°C, while Gatton is expected to hit 38°C.
A severe fire warning is in place, while the UV Index is predicted to reach extreme levels.
While there’s no chance of rain to cool things down, winds of around 20km/h are expected to help provide some relief.
The pollen index will also spike to moderate levels, dropping again on Friday and Saturday before jumping up to high levels from Sunday.
Work, aka free air conditioning, is sounding pretty good right about now…
