Neighbour Tells Of Children Screaming And Covered In Blood

A neighbour has revealed three children found screaming and covered in blood following a horrific stabbing in their home are doing okay.

They were discovered wandering the streets by Trish Kennedy, who took them into her home following the attack.

Talking to the Courier Mail, she said they seemed to be doing “ok” following what police described as a “horrific scene”.

“Considering what they had seen, they were coping as best they could given the circumstances,” she said.

Police were called to the children’s Alexandra Hills home on Tuesday night after their terror alerted neighbours.

Inside, they would discover one man dead and another in a serious condition - both with multiple stab wounds.

It’s believed police will allege the children’s father is responsible for killing his ex’s new partner, before turning the knife on himself.

Osmond Greig is alleged to have forced his way into their home through a rear window, where he attacked Daryl Corcoran.

The 39-year-old is under police guard and is described as being in a serious but stable condition.
