Police Seeking Footage Of Man Shot Six Times Last Week

Queensland police are calling for anyone with dashcam footage of a man who was shot six times near a hotel south of Brisbane to come forward.

The 25-year-old victim was found in the car park of an Albert Street hotel in Waterford West, Logan with gunshot wounds to his lower body just before 6pm Friday.

Detectives are appealing to people who were near the hotel or Waterford boat ramp between 5.30pm and 6pm that day, and who may have relevant footage, to contact police.

A 27-year-old Woodridge man has since been charged with one count each of attempted murder and unlawful possession of a weapon.

He is due to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court in February.

The victim remains in a serious but stable condition at Princess Alexandra Hospital.
