Salim Mehajer's Estranged Wife Taken To Court Over His Debts
Aysha , the estranged wife of disgraced former Auburn deputy mayor Salim Mehajer is being taken to court by a construction company to try and recover $60,000 in debt.
Post Tension Company Pty Ltd sued Mehajer earlier this year over unpaid work in the Central Coast.
Now Learmonth, who has an apprehended violence order against Mehajer has been asked to file a defence in the civil case at Wyong Local Court.
The Sydney Morning Herald reports Ms Learmonth has been asked to file a defence by September 20.
Since the couple's split a little over two years after their infamous extravagant wedding, Ms Learmonth is now working as a beauty therapist specializing in Brazilian butt lifts.
The case is expected to return to court on September 27 after it has been revealed that Mehajer is also being chased for another unpaid bill.
Mehajer reportedly owes $15,000 for a scripted 'tell-all interview' that was posted to social media in 2017.
It's been revealed that the infamous sit-down chat with 'reporter' Dale Walker was fake, with paid actors and a pre-rehearsed script.
Sydney film company The Box Studios, say they are owed $15,000 from Mehajer for their work on the video.
Mehajer was declared bankrupt by a Federal Circuit Court judge after one of his companies failed to pay a debt of over $200,000.
