SIX HOUR Bondi Beach Siege Has Ended In An Arrest
A six hour siege has come to an end overnight with police making an arrest.
Police were called to a residence on Imperial Street in the Sydney Suburb of Bondi at around 12:40pm following reports of a domestic violence argument.
Once police had arrived, a 26-year-old man is reported to have locked himself inside the home, refusing to come out.

At roughly 6:40pm the police entered the premises and arrested the man before he was taken to Prince of Wales hospital for assessment.
The operation saw dozens of police officers on the street, with an ambulance and a stretcher on standby.

Neighbours were unable to return home while the street was closed off.
At this point it is not known what the argument was about.
