Tostee's Shocking Movements Moments After Date's Death
Disturbing details in the murder trial of New Zealand tourist Warriena Wright have emerged. The 26-year-old died after falling 14 floors from Gable Tostee’s apartment, shorty after the pair matched on popular dating app Tinder.
A court heard today that Tostee, who is accused of murdering his Tinder date by causing her to fall from his balcony, ordered a pizza moments after her death. Jurors were shown CCTV footage of Tostee leaving his apartment and wandering around Surfers Paradise in Queensland for over an hour, before his dad picked him up.
Prosecutors allege Ms Wright was so fearful of the 30-year-old following an argument that she tried to climb down onto the balcony below. But Tostee’s lawyer claims Ms Wright became physical with the defendant and he shut her out on the balcony in self-defence.

On Monday the court heard more than three hours of recordings of the night in question, which were found on Tostee's phone. They included him calling the New Zealander a ‘psycho little b**ch.’ He’s also heard saying 'I'm gonna walk you out of this apartment just the way you are, you're not going to collect any belongings.’
Tostee denies he murdered or had any responsibility for Mr Wright's death.
