Third Person Charged In Yeronga Wheelie Bin Murder
A woman has become the third person to be charged in relation to the death of a man discovered in a wheelie bin in Yeronga.
A 23 year old woman was charged with one count of accessory after the fact and two counts of breaching bail.
Police earlier charged two men of murder, aged 30 and 38.
A fourth person, a 27 year old woman, was released without charge yesterday after being identified as a person of interest by the Queensland Police.
"Police were called to a Yeronga Road unit complex around 7pm on Saturday, December 1 after the body of a man was located inside a wheelie bin," the police report states.
"A good response from the community following a request for assistance from police, helped to locate four people investigators believed could assist with their inquiries.
"A 30-year-old Yeronga man was charged yesterday with one count of murder and has been remanded in custody to reappear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on January 21.
"A 38-year-old Beaudesert man has also been charged with one count of murder and also appeared in the Brisbane Magistrates Court yesterday afternoon.
"A 23-year-old woman has been charged with one count of accessory after the fact and two counts of breaching bail. She is expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court today.
"Investigations into the incident are continuing.
