Two people dead on Queensland roads In 12 Hours
Two people have died in separate crashes on Queensland roads overnight.
A man was killed when the limousine he was driving collided with a van in Proserpine just after midnight along the Bruce Highway.
He was the sole occupant of the limousine, while the 43-year-old male driver of the van was taken to Proserpine Hospital with minor injuries.
Police say the limousine was attempting a U-turn when it was hit by the van.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist died after a crash in Brisbane's north about 5.30am on Thursday.
Paramedics attempted to revive the man, but he was declared dead at the scene.
Police are investigating both incidents.
