A great take on the hamburger, and maybe easier to get some extra veggies into the meal! My kids seem to love anything eaten with their hands!

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 good hamburger patties from the butcher or deli section of your supermarket
1 carrot grated
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup Shredded lettuce
1 cup shredded red cabbage
1 cup IGA Signature shredded Tasty cheese
1 pack IGA Signature Tortillas
IGA Signature Salsa dip
Method:
1 Prepare vegetables: Chop and shred vegetables as listed above, ar use any vegetables your family likes
2 Cook Hamburger patties: Heat oil in a non stick frying pan and cook patties
3 Warm: Tortillas In the microwave for 20 seconds each
4 Serve: Slice the hamburgers into 5mm slices and take everything to the table so that everyone can choose what they like, wrap it up and enjoy!
