Neon is back in a big way and Hollywood has caught on. Julianne Hough debuted with an eye-catching, full-length, fluoro yellow frock by Kaufman Flanco at the premiere of her new movie 'Rock of Ages'.

Other stars have opted to don just one piece, colour-block with their neon-brights or adopt just a hint of flouro with hair or accessories.
