 This morning Robin, Terry and Bob have been discussing what you would say to your teenage self if you could give them advice about how to deal with the tough teen years.

Robin wrote a letter to her teenage self and implores that loving yourself unconditionally is imperitive.


Dear Robin,

You won't believe me but it doesnt matter that the tough/popular girls don't like you- they don't like anyone and youre are scaring your mum with the ways you're trying to impress them.

I know you struggle a lot with school- the words swim and you can't seem to fit them all into your head- but you'll succeed depsite deferring from uni and never going back.

But the biggest thing I want you to hear is you're worth it- you really are. It is the one true fact that you will struggle with most through adulthood- I want you to stand in front of a mirror and say;

" I love myself, I love myself, I love myself unconditionally."

And maybe if you start now everyday, you will believe it in your 30's and 40's.

So suck it up princess and enjoy the ride- it'll be a blast!

Bob's advice was a bit more direct;
