Bob Gallagher

Bob Gallagher will keep you informed of the weather and traffic throughout the morning. He is the anchor of the show, and does his best to keep the other two in line.

Taking a step away from a successful career in town planning and development, I have applied my love of fashion and dealing with people to a new work focus – Personal Styling or what I like to call Style Advice.

I am passionate about fashion in that when a person looks their best they feel great and gain confidence.  Style is individual – and what I aim to do is help people find their own style and gain the confidence to use current trends to fit with them and their lifestyle.  I am also a big advocate of affordable style.  It does not cost the earth to look great!  Everyone deserves to look great and feel great.

I am also passionate about Brisbane.  We have our own style.  I am a Brissie girl (born here, live here, love it here) and love Brisbane's relaxed city diversity which gives us the ideal opportunity to dress to fit the weather, lifestyle and personal taste.

Whether for women or men, my clients have included those wanting style advice due to a change in life situation (eg. wedding, divorce, weight loss), advice on how to pack for a holiday or they just wanted advice on an outfit for an occasion.  I have also assisted some in furnishing and styling their house/apartment.

As a bit of background I have always been into fashion - I was the overdressed (but very fashionable!) girl on "plain clothes day" at primary school.  I couldn't play red rover in my outfit but did that really matter??  Later in life I have come to see how fashion and style plays an important part in who we are and how we feel about ourselves.  I hope that I can help others to look their best and feel great too.

Desi Carlos

Desi Carlos is Robin, Terry & Bob's resident dietitian, offering all the advice you need to eat well and feel great. 

 During her seventeen years of industry experience Desi has risen to the top of her profession and been involved in a number of government projects both in Australia, winning acclaim for her work in developing weight loss and lifestyle modification programs, with a special focus on people diagnosed with diabetes. Desi has also recently acquired the title of QLD representative dietitian for The Queensland Coeliac Society lending her experience as an expert dietitian and acting as media spokesperson for the organisation. 

Desi’s motivation to develop the Tree of Life International concept was to help her clients achieve good health and well-being, through a whole-of-life lifestyle modification strategy. To do this, Desi has assembled a team of health experts across a range of fields incorporating the specialist advice and guidance of many health professionals from dietitians, through to exercise physiotherapists and psychologists.

 Desi's motto is 'eat well, feel great and be inspired.... Tree of Life International is a new generation of nutrition!!'
