While Jay-Z’s line “I get money, money is got (I get it)” is grammatically questionable, my god it’s accurate.
Beyoncé & Jay-Z have just purchased the most expensive property ever sold in California. How much does that title cost you? Just over $300 million AUD. Read that again $300,000,000. That’s so many goddamn zeros.
Sitting in Malibu (obviously) is their 30,000-square-foot property, previously owned by a wealthy art collector, which took 15yrs to build. There aren’t a lot of details around the bed/bath situation but I’m fairly sure there’s enough for the power couple’s whole family. Plus it comes with a giant chair out the front!
