Today we head into the Easter long weekend, which for a lot of people means hopping in their cars for a weekend away. And of course this also means long weekend traffic.

But never fear! Thanks to the absolute QUEEN that is Beyonce, we now have no problem with sitting in our cars for a little longer…

Not only did Bey release her new Netflix documentary titled ‘Homecoming’ yesterday, but the 37-year-old singer also dropped a surprise album! Meaning our road trip entertainment is officially SORTED!

The album, which is titled ‘Homecoming: The Live Album’, is a compilation of her live performances from when she headlined Coachella in 2018.

It was released on hubby Jay-Z’s streaming service Tidal yesterday and included some of her biggest hits like ‘Formation’ and ‘Drunk In Love’ as well as a very special song featuring her eldest daughter Blue Ivy Carter.

Blue Ivy, who has clearly scored some of her mum’s talent, is heard singing a cover of ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing’.

After her performance, Beyonce can be heard clapping and telling her that she did a beautiful job.

“You sound so pretty,” Bey says proudly to her daughter.

Queen Bey also performs a cover on the album, singing a version of ‘Before I Let Go’, which was originally performed by Frankie Beverly and Maze.

You can listen to the full album on Tidal, Spotify or Apple Music now!
