“Why? Why would she do that?” I hear you ask. It was her birthday. Cardi B and Offset’s daughter, Kulture, turned four recently and to celebrate the celebrity couple with more money than sense took her to ‘Candytopia’ (which looks like a Willy Wonka-esque wonderland) and gave her $50,000 in cash. A trip to the candy-factory-thing would be MORE than enough for a four year old but giving her the average Australian income? To a four year old!?
