The Voice has announced the duo that will be taking over hosting duties of the singing show following Sonia Kruger’s departure from Nine.

Channel Nine’s hit show will see a familiar face and a new-comer pair up to run the show – former host of The Voice Darren McMullen and US entertainment show EXTRA host Renee Bargh.

McMullen originally hosted the show from seasons one to four and has since had stints in acting on House Husbands and SeaChange.

Bargh on the other hand is a newcomer to The Voice family but no stranger to the world of stars having spend that past decade as a host on Emmy award-winning US entertainment show, EXTRA.

The Voice also confirmed that all four coaches from last year’s hit season will return, including Delta Goodrem, Guy Sebastian, Kelly Rowland and Boy George.
