He’s already won the Australian version of the show, and now it looks like Jack Vidgen is heading over for a shot at winning in the States!

The former Australia’s Got Talent winner has announced that he’s going to be competing on a new version of America’s Got Talent: The Champions.

Jack first shot to fame in 2011 when he was just 14-years-old as he won season five of Australia’s Got Talent with his undoubtably incredible singing talent.

Shortly after taking out the title of winner, Jack went back into the shadows, before returning to our TV screens on The Voice last year.

While his voice had changed a lot in the eight years of his hiatus, Jack stunned Australia once again with his talent, telling the world that he stopped singing for a while because he fell out of love with it.

While Jack didn’t win The Voice, it seems that he’s now got another opportunity to win a talent show, only this time without an Australian audience!

Jack announced the news on Instagram with a promo shot for America’s Got Talent: The Champions.

“Surprise,” he wrote in the caption. “America’s Got Talent: The Champions. Starts Jan 6th on @nbc”

This spinoff series sees a variety of participants from the Got Talent franchise, including winners, finalists, live round participants and other notable entires, compete against each other.

With Jack having one before here in Australia, we’d say he’s certainly got an upper hand against the rest of the competition!

The Show kicks off on January 6th 2020.
