The entire Kar-Jenner Klan posted almost identical messages to their social media accounts yesterday, saying that their world-famous apps will be shut down in 2019.

But they didn’t really give much of a reason why. Here’s what they said:

“We’ve had an incredible experience connecting with all of your through our apps these past few years but have made the difficult decision to no longer continue updating in 2019. We truly hope you’ve enjoyed this journey as much as we have, and look forward to what’s ahead.”

Kourtney, Khloe, Kim, Kylie and Kendall launched their apps in 2015, giving fans a deeper glimpse into their personal lives with exclusive content that people could pay a subscription fee for.

As an example, over the time right before and after True Thompson’s birth, mumma Khloe Kardashian shared content about how to get rid of excess baby weight and about how she decorated her daughter’s nursery.

Kourtney is also often seen sharing tips and tricks about her diet and exercise regime in her app.

Kendall Jenner actually was the first to jump the gun on this decision and closed down her app last year.

So, sorry if you love the exclusive content found on the Kardashian apps! But don’t worry, you’ll still get plenty of content through their show Keeping Up With The Kardashians and their social media accounts.
