Lady Gaga has reached out to her fans in a statement amid the coronavirus outbreak and it’s filled with so many pieces of information we barely know where to begin!

But first things first, Gaga has made the decision to officially delay the release of her next album ‘Chromatica’.

It was due to be released on April 10. She didn’t say exactly when the album will come out now but promised it would be sometime in 2020.

She began her statement by saying that she hoped everyone is staying healthy and practicing social distancing during this tough time before going on to announce the album changes.

“I want to tell you, that after a lot of deliberation, I’ve made the incredibly tough decision to postpone the release of Chromatica,” she wrote in her post.

“I will announce a new 2020 release date soon.

“This is such a hectic and scary time for all of us, and while I believe art is one of the strongest things we have to provide joy and healing to each other during times like this, it just doesn’t feel right to me to release this album with all that is going on during this global pandemic.”

Gaga said that she didn’t want attention to be on anything other than “finding solutions” during this global pandemic.

She went on to talk about her Vegas shows being postponed and about hopes that her Chromatica Ball tour will still be able to go ahead as planned, when she also revealed a juicy piece of information about Coachella.

Now you know that Coachella has been postponed to October this year, but Gaga revealed that she was actually planning to do a secret set at the infamous music festival this year!

“I had so many fun things planned for us to celebrate together… I had a secret Coachella set lined up, and a lot of other fun surprises, some of which I’m still planning to share with all of you very soon,” Gaga continued in her statement.

“Chromatic is still very much on the way and I can’t wait.”

PLEASE tell us that Gaga will still perform at the rescheduled Coachella?! That would be INCREDIBLE! Just imagine a live performance of Stupid Love on that stage…

She finished with a word of love and a message of kindness to her fans.

“To my fans, I love you. I know you are disappointed. Probably angry and sad,” the “Stupid Love” singer continued her message. “But I also know that as a fan base…as a family..we are strong, we are loving and we are the kindness punks. So I ask you to practice that kindness in these trying time.”

“LET’S ALL STAY HOME! But I promise you that when we can go out again, I’m going to make it SO MUCH FUN. I can’t wait to be dancing with you all!”
