US Rapper Offset will literally do anything to try and win back the mother of his child and now ex-wife Cardi B and he’s proved as much by crashing her performance on Saturday night to apologise to her in person.

And TBH, it’s the most awkward thing we’ve ever seen!! Seriously, do yourself a favour and watch the whole thing go down in the video above.

Cardi was performing at Rolling Loud in LA at the California Stadium Grounds when suddenly her show was gatecrashed.

The ‘Bodak Yellow’ rapper had barely begun her set when suddenly a three-part sign made up of roses that read “Take Me Back Cardi” appeared on the stage. Along with Offset.

“I just wanna tell you I’m sorry babe,” the rapper told Cardi. “In person, in front of the world, I love you. Whatever I gotta do to show you, I will.”

As soon as Cardi realised what was going on she can be seen saying “stop” and shaking her head at her ex.

Sis looked absolutely ropable that her ex had taken over her show. Like we’re talking even more angry than the time that she had a run in with Nicki Minaj during fashion week.

But instead of throwing punches, the lights were dimmed on the stage as Cardi and Offset spoke briefly off microphone.

The crowd waited on the edge of their seats to find out what Cardi’s response would be but before long Offset walked off the stage, followed by the sign, and Cardi went on with the show without another mention of the incident.

Following the performance Cardi took to her Instagram Live to respond to the situation, telling fans to be respectful of Offset.

“Even though I’m hurt and, like, going through a f*cked up stage right now, I don’t want nobody talking crazy about my baby father neither,” she said.

“And I’m a little upset because this has been a very long, what is bout to be two weeks, and I’m so tired of the bullsh*t.”

She later posted another video to her Instagram feed reinforcing the support she has for her baby daddy but saying that it’s not likely that they will get back together.

“I’m not saying that I’m getting back together with him,” she explained.

“I just don’t like that basking online thing. Earlier you saw how Pete Davidson was talking about how he don’t even wanna be on this Earth because mad people be coming at him every single day.

“I wouldn’t want my baby-father to have that feeling because millions of people be bashing him every day. That’s a nasty feeling. I wouldn’t want that.”

This attempt to win back Cardi’s affection comes just a day after Offset posted a video apologising for hurting her.

“I want to apologise to you, Cardi. I embarrassed you. I made you go crazy,” Offset said in the clip before saying that he wanted to win her back.

“I want to be able to spend the rest of my life with you. I apologise. I am sorry for what I have done to you,” he continued. “I apologise, and I love you and I hope you forgive me.”

On December 4th Cardi announced that she had split from Offset in a video on Instagram. The pair had been married for just over a year.

They share a baby daughter, Kulture Kiari, who was born in July this year.
