In a time when we all need a bit of a laugh, an official YouTube channel for one of the best comedians of all time has launched, five years after his death.

The estate of Robin Williams has just launched the channel online, featuring some of his best and most memorable clips from his stand-up shows.

Robin Williams sadly passed away aged 63 in August 2014. His death was ruled a suicide.

Since then, fans have missed Robin’s unique humour and incredible talent. But now we’ll get to relive some of his best moments in some throwback clips.

In the weeks to come, we’re being told that more videos will be added to the channel including interviews from Robin’s friends and family, and other videos of the late Hollywood star’s work.

Currently up on the YouTube Channel is some clips from Robin’s 2002 HBO Special Live on Broadway and some parts of his 1978 HBO Special Off the Wall.

There’s also a video titled ‘Introducing…Robin Williams on YouTube!’ which states the reason for the creation of the Channel.
