ZAYN has joined the likes of Twenty One Pilots, Fleet Foxes, Beck, Ingrid Michaelson and Pearl Jam in covering Elvis Presley’s Can’t Help Falling in Love.
But, this isn’t the first time the 25-year-old has dabbled in cover songs. Earlier this month, the ex-boyband member released his own rendition of Beyonce’s Me, Myself and I to mixed reviews.
He’s won us over with this track, though!
In just under three minutes, ZAYN adds his ethereal vocals to the 1961 classic, underlaid by some poignant R&B production, accentuating his strong falsetto.
If you’re like us and obsessed with his iconic high notes in One Direction’s You and I, then this song is going to break you in half.
ZAYN recently announced that his upcoming album, and his first tour as a solo artist, is on the way with “a few surprises”.

“It’s going to be different than anything anyone has done before … It’s going to be interesting to see how the audience reacts to this kind of release,” the singer admitted. “I wanted to try something different. I think it’s all going to make sense in the end when the album finally drops.”
And, what did he caption the music clip with?
“Z2 is coming…”
Grab the tissues. You’re going to need them.
