Little Big House, South Brisbane

Huddled between two towering skyscrapers, Little Big House pays homage to Queensland’s relaxed sun-filled lifestyle and acute heritage architecture. This two-story pub has quickly become a staple for after work drinks and an impromptu round of private karaoke!

The pub menu has been designed around the beverage menu, with classic pub meals like their chicken parmi and rotisserie meats bringing all the goods. Their spring rolls are a must – they may not look any different to a regular spring roll, but they certainly taste it.

Located in prime Brisbane real-estate, The Plough Inn is as central as it gets, positioned in the midst of Brisbane’s core food and drinks hub, South Bank. A night at the Plough Inn is essential for anyone new to Brisbane.

Cosy intimate spaces as well as a huge party deck, the Plough caters to all vibes. The Plough offers live music every night as well as daily specials to quench your thirst and end those tummy rumbles! Our food pick is the Hickory BBQ pork ribs which will change your life forever.

Founded in 1911, this historic hotel brags ultimate view rights and boasts a scenic experience no matter what season. A moderate trek from central Brisbane, but well worth the picturesque drive and vibe once at the top of the mountain.

Pub patrons are greeted by the hotel’s resident St Bernard’s (from a long history of St Bernard dogs who lived at the hotel). Open daily for lunch and dinner, fan favourite meals include salt and pepper calamari, pulled pork sliders with house made slaw, chicken parmi (classic) and selection of rump steaks.
