It’s National Recycling Week, a timely reminder to be mindful of what we do with our waste.

Our friends at TOMRA whose Return and Earn Recycling points are across NSW and the Containers for Change in QLD, are raising money for our farmers.

This week they launched a new recycling appeal called Bottles for the Bush. Every eligible drink container donated through a Return and Earn Recycling Machine, raises 10c for Rural Aid to support farmers and rural communities in need.

Their goal is to collect 2.5 million containers and raise up to $250,000 by 23rd February 2020.

Our farmers are facing the worst drought and the most dangerous bushfires in living memory, so get involved and start collecting your empty drink containers today!

100% of donations go to Rural Aid to supply Rural Communities with Food, Water and Hay.
