Nando’s is putting two brand-new tasty menu items to the test this summer and Queenslander’s have the power to decide which item will go national!
So let’s vote ‘hot’ or not on the Green Goodness and Superfood Veggie Patty. The trial will determine whether the items will be going national in 2020.
Answering to diner demand, the two menu items expand upon Nando’s existing delicious offerings including their legendary PERi-PERi flame grilled chicken, Spicy Rice and Superfuel Salad, providing customers with even more tasty and nutritious choices.
Nando’s freshest flavour, the Green Goodness, can be devoured in a burger, wrap or pita form for just $12.45. The Green Goodness features mouth-watering PERi-PERi chicken, semi-dried tomato tapenade, avocado, tomato and gourmet lettuce, topped with a green herb aioli.
The plant-based Superfood Veggie Patty can replace chicken in any burger, wrap or pita, paella at no extra charge. The patty can also be added to any main salad for an additional $5.
The protein-rich patty features wholesome ingredients such as tri-colour quinoa, red lentils, black beans, kale and black chia seeds as well as red capsicum, corn, sunflower seeds, spinach, carrots and chilli flakes.
The fate of these delicious new menu items is with the people of Queensland. If successful, the Green Goodness and Superfood Veggie Patty will be introduced nationwide from April 2020.
