Global brand Adidas will open its biggest Australian store at the Harbour Town shopping precinct in Adelaide.

The store has been at the site for the past six years but has moved into a bigger 891sqm store, which will employ 26 workers, 14 more than its previous store

“We have a strong connection with our consumers in Adelaide and are committed to providing a premium retail shopping experience for them,” said Shannon Morgan, brand senior director, Adidas Pacific.

“We had a fantastic opportunity to partner with Harbour Town to build what is now our largest outlet retail store in the country,” Morgan said.

The new store was fired out during the midst of the Coronavirus lockdown, with the new staff being hired in July.

The shopping precinct, near Adelaide Airport, is now home to 120 outlets, including Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Polo Ralph Lauren, Peter Alexander, Witchery, Review and RM Williams.
