If one of your real estate must-haves is a soccer field, have we found the property for you.

Sir Rod Stewart has listed his massive Beverly Hills compound for an equally massive $70 million ($AU105 million).

The three-acre property, set in the gated North Beverley Park neighbourhood, has nine bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, along with a three-level guesthouse, two gyms, a pool, and a soccer field.

According to the Wall Street Journal, Stewart bought the property in 1991 for $12.08m ($AU17.9m).

To say it’s simply European in its style is an epic understatement. The Versailles-like mansion is the custom work of legendary architect Richard Landry, who took on its opulent design in the 1990s.

“The home sits at the end of a long driveway with a circular motor court, outfitted with a fountain and sculptures. A double staircase rises from the vaulted entryway, which leads to pure elegance at every turn,” Realtor.com boasts.

“The cavernous great room features a hand-painted bar and French doors that open to a covered patio. There’s a gourmet kitchen, tearoom, and spectacular den.”

The home also comes with a wine room, formal dining space for 20 or more, a library, hobby room and a theatre.

We dare say you may need some Hot Legs to get around this joint… I’ll see myself out.
