With strict bans on public gatherings across the world and even more so, in Australia over night, we couldn’t help but wonder what a wedding of 5 would be like…

In the city that is now always sleeping, New York, beautiful couple Reilly Jennings & Amanda Wheeler threw a last-minute outdoor wedding after the Coronavirus interfered with their original wedding plans.

Last week, City Hall closed the Marriage Bureau and it seemed as though Jennings & Wheeler would have to wait to get married… indefinitely!

A clever friend of theirs came to the rescue with the ultimate solution – offering her husband to marry them that day.

In a simple but perfect affair, the brides wore sneakers and got married a few blocks from their home, on a sidewalk outside the window of the officiant who was four levels up!

A few guests observed the social distancing rule & stood several feet away from each other while others looked on from the open sunroof of their cars!

Their friend (the officiant’s wife) was positioned in another window taking photos of the fast-tracked yet crafty festivities.

The wedding took 3 minutes! Talk about resilience and how to pull off an impromptu wedding amid a global pandemic!
