If Terry won’t lose the weight for himself, maybe he’ll do it for others!

Over 25 weeks Tez will train for and complete 25 charity Walks, Runs, Rides and Swims. Each Friday he will nominate and feature an event on-air before completing the challenge over the following weekend. 14th/15th May | Kokoda Track Training (16km walk) raising money for ‘Kokoda Youth Foundation’


1st June | The Push-Up Challenge (3,139 push-ups over 24 days) raising money for ‘Movember’

12th June | Brissy to the Bay (10km, 25km, 50km, 100km or 130km ride) raising money for ‘MS Qld’

20th June | Ration Challenge (living off the same ration pack that refugees are sent) raising money for ‘Act For Peace’

July | Dry July (no alcohol for the whole month) raising money for cancer patients, their families and carers

August | Race To Rugby World Cup Ron and Adam cycle 16,500km to RWC 2021 to raise funds for ChildFund Rugby

28th August | Bridge to Brisbane (4.5km or 10km fun run) raising money for over 300 QLD charities


5th-11th September | Cycle for Cancer (ride 100kms in 7 days) raising money for cancer research

9th October | Walk For Awareness (walking the Brisbane CBD River Loop) raising money for the Mental Awareness Foundation

16th October | Take A Hike Brisbane (Kurilpa Park, Sth Brisbane) raising money for the AEIOU Foundation
