In ‘Nature Be Scary’ news a fisherman in Cambodia has caught a 4m stingray weighing a whopping 300kg. THAT’S TOO BIG FOR A SWIMMING DINNER PLATE WITH A KILLER BARB!

The stingray has been nicknamed ‘Boramy’, or ‘Full Moon’ in the Khmer language, which honestly doesn’t make it any less frightening.

Scientists who tagged the giant before releasing it back into the river have said it’s the worlds largest freshwater fish ever caught (doesn’t mean there’s not something bigger hiding in the deep!). The tag will send tracking information back to the scientists for the next 12 months which is a great way to know where the monster’s lair is.

I’m never swimming again..
